When you enlist Copperfields to write your Will, Noel can visit you at your home or you can come to his office in Tewkesbury.

During the meeting, Noel will talk you through the different options available to you and will advise you of the best course of action, depending on your requirements. At all stages he will explain any technical terms and will draw on his expertise and experience to ensure your Will protects your loved ones.

Once the instruction is taken, he will then send through a draft Will for you to read through and make sure you’re happy with everything that’s said. Once you’ve given your approval, you will receive your final Will that you’ll need to sign.

It’s then your choice as to whether you’d like to store the document yourself or whether you’d like Copperfields to store it securely for you.

Who needs a will?

Quite simply anyone over the age of 18.
